The Legacy Ridge Medical Building is a 42,000 square foot medical office building in the Legacy Ridge Medical Plaza 301 East Mulberry in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The building is one block east of the St. Luke’s East Hospital located at NE Douglas and Interstate 470. Phase I of St. Luke’s was completed in 2005 and consists of a 60,000 square foot physician’s building, a 12,000 square foot emergency care facility, a 20,000 square foot diagnostic center and a 52-bed hospital. A second hospital complex is under constructed by HCA at Todd George Road and Highway 50 in Lee’s Summit. The anchor tenant is Diagnostic Imaging Centers.

 

Lee’s Summit is a fast-growing Kansas City submarket and has been underserved by the medical community for a number of years. Legacy Ridge is geographically positioned to be at the epicenter of medical development in Eastern Jackson County.

 

Legacy Ridge Medical Partners, L.P. owns the Legacy Ridge Medical Building. The general partner is LRMB, L.L.C. and the managing partner of LRMB is CEEP IV, L.L.C.
