David Anderson brings critical insight to every aspect of the Tax Credit and construction processes. His background has prepared him to analyze a project and guide the creative process so the finished product is completed on time and on budget.
Prior to joining Cohen-Esrey in 2003, Anderson was a project manager for the Bunce Corporation where he specialized in designing and building financial institutions. In 1986, he formed CPM Corporation. As owner and president of CPM, Anderson put his talent to work in construction management and general contracting for commercial, industrial and institutional clients throughout the U.S. as well as overseas.
Anderson, a graduate of both University of Illinois and Western Illinois University, is currently the mayor for the city of De Soto, Kansas.
