Tracy Luedke brings to Cohen-Esrey over 12 years of human resource experience with national companies, in a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, car and construction equipment rental, and temporary staffing. As a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Luedke offers a progressive and innovative management style. She is a member of the American Business Women’s Association.
Luedke’s responsibilities include the overall responsibility for all aspects of the human resources department. She received her Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Stephens College, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in business administration. Luedke is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the American Business Women’s Association, where she previously held the office of chapter president and secretary.
